Challenge

The internal resources at Salesforce were faced with an enormous demand for creative assets ahead of Dreamforce 2023. The pressures lay not only in meeting tight deadlines but also in maintaining the brand and quality standards expected by Salesforce's Executive Vice President of Global Brand Marketing. The need for swift deployment, collaboration with internal resources and external vendors, and perfect execution in a high-profile setting called on our adaptability, creativity, and project management capabilities.

Aquent Studios was brought on to orchestrate a rapid, large-scale creative project with precision and finesse. We took an agile, multi-faceted approach, rapidly deploying a talented team that could collaborate and integrate with internal and external partners. Effective project management was crucial to streamline workflows and meet stringent deadlines. We also implemented an adaptive review process to guarantee the high-quality delivery required for such a high-profile event.

Designing a city-wide visual takeover

Crafted 240 stunning visual assets (digital banners, kiosks, and large-scale posters) featured not only at the Dreamforce event hall and convention areas but also at transit centers and news racks all over the city of San Francisco.

Project Management

Assembling the right team at the right time for the right project

Quickly put together a team of five remote Designers, a Design Leader, and a Project Manager who worked as an extension of the Salesforce Creative Team and collaborated with the Salesforce Global Brand Studio and Customer Marketing for reviews and approvals.

Meeting tight timelines and strict brand standards

Took a holistic and nimble approach, plugging in seamlessly to Salesforce’s rigorous review process to complete a large volume of work in just seven weeks.
